If you don't live on a lot of land but want the quality and purity of home grown meat, you should consider purchasing your meat from Liberty Cross Ranch.  Raising your own meat not only provides for fresher and higher quality meat, but you also know exactly what is going into your meat (and what's not).

For prices on half and whole shares of livestock please email.  We currently provide Katahdin lamb meat.  All meat comes from breeds that are considered to be of the finest quality and served in fine dining facilities around the globe.  The meat is tender, juicy and great tasting with beautiful marbling throughout.  They are pasture raised and then naturally finished out with no hormones or antibiotics.  We use Old Planation Meats for butchering.  Old Plantation Meats Pricing.

Reserve your 1/2 or whole share of pasture raised Katahdin Lamb or poultry today.
For orders and questions contact Ann  libertycrossranch@icloud.com

A $50.00 deposit will hold a lamb for you until the processing date notification.   We will contact you with the processing date about 2 weeks in advance for the balance due on your lamb.  Lambs must be paid in full prior to the farm delivering your lamb to the processor. The processor's fee is due when you pick-up your lamb - you have about 7 days after the processing date to pick-up your lamb or storage charges may apply.  The average fee for processing is $50-$100.  Please download the order form, complete it and email it to libertycrossranch@icloud.com with "Meat Order" in the subject field.  You may also reach us at 940-399-8813.
